This project involved upgrading a double car residential garage with a durable, low-maintenance garage flake system built for everyday use. The homeowner wanted a clean, finished look that could handle vehicles, moisture, and seasonal wear while staying easy to maintain.

How the Garage Is Used

The garage is used year-round for parking two vehicles, storing tools and seasonal items, and light household projects. This meant the flooring needed to resist tire marks, road salt, water tracking, and minor spills without constant cleaning. A professionally installed garage flake system was the ideal fit for both performance and appearance.

Preparation and Flake System Installation

We mechanically ground the concrete to ensure proper adhesion and addressed minor surface imperfections before installation. A full garage flake flooring system was then applied, including a bonded base coat, full flake broadcast, and a clear protective topcoat. The selected neutral flake blend complemented the home and helped keep the space bright and clean.

Polished Double Garage

The finished garage now feels clean, organized, and truly complete. The flake system hides dirt, improves slip resistance, and protects the concrete from moisture and salt, making it a practical upgrade for Toronto’s climate. The space has been transformed into a functional, polished extension of the home built for daily use.
