Our Commercial Installation Process

Completing an 8,000 sq. ft. project requires precision, heavy-duty industrial equipment, and careful execution. To minimize downtime and guarantee flawless adhesion, our team executed a rigorous, multi-phase process over the course of 5 to 6 days.

Phase 1: Surface Assessment & Heavy Grinding (Days 1–2)

Every successful polished floor relies on meticulous preparation. Using our industrial-grade planetary concrete grinders, we began by mechanically grinding the concrete surface. This initial step removes old coatings, glues, and surface imperfections, exposing a fresh, uniform concrete layer ready for refinement.

Phase 2: Progressive Honing & Chemical Densification (Days 3–4)

Next, we transitioned to progressively finer diamond-grit tooling to hone the concrete, smoothing out the scratch patterns from the initial grind.
